Uttar Pradesh’s Bijnor police have arrested two people who were plotting to create riots by desecrating religious places. It has also come forward that both of them burnt the sheets on some shrines in Sherkot police station limits. The two arrested have been identified as Mohammad Kamal (35) and Mohammad Adil (23), the police have registered a case against both of them.
According to the police, both Mohammad Kamal and Mohammad Adil are brothers. Among them, Mohammad Kamal had returned to India from abroad a few days ago. While his brother Adil works as a plumber. Both of them aimed to create riots during Kavad Yatra.

Meanwhile, on Sunday (July 24) around 4 pm, two people damaged the building of a shrine in Sherkot police station, the caretaker of the shrine informed the police. He also told the police that these two were wearing saffron dupatta. The police immediately reached the spot and took stock of the incident. Then the police got information that both of them damaged the nearby temples from there. According to the locals, when the police tried to find the accused, the police got information that both were hiding at some distance from there. Finally the police gave chase and arrested both of them.
The police have registered a case against both the accused and the police are investigating what was their motive behind doing all this. Also, the police said that the investigation is going on whether any organization is behind this.
