A four-wheeler was speeding from Zuari Bridge around midnight on Wednesday. At this time, the driver lost control of the vehicle and hit the bridge. As a result, the bridge wall broke and the car fell directly into the river. On getting information about the incident, Coast Guard and Navy divers rushed to the spot and started rescue operations.
Meanwhile, the four-wheeler was pulled out after 12 hours of efforts. Four people in the car also drowned in this accident. The body has also been sent for post-mortem.
