A 16-year-old girl of class IX was murdered by three in Jharkhand Torture for three consecutive months done This matter has come to light on Monday (July 25). The victim girl has said that she does not know any of the accused. The names of the accused are Mantosh, Vishnu Kumar and Manoj Kumar. The police have registered a case based on the complaint filed by the victim’s family.
The victim’s family filed a police complaint on April 20, the next day after the girl went missing. However, the police did not take any immediate action after receiving the complaint. Also told the family to wait till the girl returns.
What exactly happened?
While informing about the incident, the victim’s family members said, “On April 19, our daughter went to the market to buy clothes. However, while returning from the market, she was dragged into a rickshaw and abducted with a handkerchief tied around her mouth. She was taken to a room in Telidih area and kept tied up. All the three accused raped her alternately for three consecutive months.”
While going out of the room, the accused tied a handkerchief over the victim’s mouth and locked the house. On July 19, a woman living next to this room saw the victim. After that, the woman broke the lock of the room and rescued the girl. After the release, the victim came home and narrated the whole incident to the family. The family immediately reached the police station and filed a complaint against this. A case was registered on that.

Meanwhile, Deputy Superintendent of Police Kuldeep Kumar said, “A case has been registered against three accused. An investigation has been started in this matter. Medical examination of the victim will be done and her statement will be recorded. The accused have been identified in the investigation. Soon all the accused will be arrested. Various offenses under POCSO and Indian Penal Code have been registered against the accused.”
