An alarming incident has taken place in Tamil Nadu’s Kodaikanal district. It has come to light that a 28-year-old youth was swept away by the stream of water while taking photos at a waterfall. The entire incident was caught on the camera of the young man’s friend. The name of this young man is Ajay Pandian and he is still missing. The rescue team of the fire brigade is searching for the youth.
This 47-second video is dated August 3 and has gone viral on social media. In this video, the missing youth is seen posing on rocks very close to the falls. The young man is also seen in the video gesturing to his friend to capture the depth of the waterfall and the splashing of the water. Meanwhile, the young man tried to keep his balance as his feet slipped from the stones. However, in just three to four seconds from the slippery stones, he fell into the waterfall and disappeared.

As soon as the incident happened, the friend who shot the video screamed ‘Macha’ in Tamil. However, Ajay was swept away in the water. As soon as Ajay’s friend Kalyansundaram informed about the incident, the local police reached the spot. Ajay is being searched through the rescue team. However, he is still missing.
